Gábor Kubatov is the architect of the notorious 'Kubatov list', an extensive voter database containing personal data and political preference information used as the backbone of Fidesz's micro-targeted campaign strategy. The creation and operation of this database raised serious concerns about the extent to which state-collected data and party databases have become intertwined, particularly in localities where local administration and party networks overlap closely.
